It wasn’t the joyous mood that many hoped for at training this afternoon as the AC Milan squad reported to Milanello following the defeat to Napoli.
Milan were left with nothing despite a good performance against Napoli, with plenty of goal-scoring opportunities created but ultimately zero goals scored and a 2-0 defeat. It may only be October, but the feeling is that the Scudetto train has left already without the Rossoneri on board.
It was another big game failure for Milan that leaves them 11 points behind the league leaders. While they faced a team that already has Antonio Conte’s stamp on it, Paulo Fonseca continues to struggle to mould his side.
Speaking on Sky (via MilanNews), Peppe Di Stefano shed a bit more light on the scene at the training ground today and in particular the absence of the directors in what is another difficult moment.
“A collective analysis must be done, not only technical, but also corporate. Today, for example, no director was present at Milanello. Moncada was not there, Ibrahimovic was not there, who, however, in the last week had been seen both Monday and Thursday in the Milanello area,” he said.
“It is part of an idea, a strategy that the current management has to experience Milanello like this. It is their line and they are pursuing it.
“Maybe things would not be different with the presence of the directors here at Milanello, but I believe that sometimes discussions can be more useful than training.”
Ohh stop! Who want their boss breathing them in their neck all the time. Its frustrating! The coach should be enough. Im sure they have better stuff to do then taking pictures at milanello so we can see them beeing present.
The team is struggling and Fonseca is on the brinch of getting sacked, aswell as players not acting and playing how they should I think they have enough things to talk about in the background of the media.
A day after a bad defeat and these spineless vultures went into hidding. Way to go RedTurds. Just goes to show how much they actually care about the team.
I stated the below in one of the other article here… the Number4
1.Formation of the coach
2. Pattern of play of the coach
3. Lack of proper depth
4. The management are too distance from the team on like the time of Galliani and even Maldini to create harmony and make the boys feel needed and respect.
Even a 10yrs old child knows a Milan needed proper DM since departure of Kessie and Tonali. And bout 5 seasons they have failed to find a proper back up for the LB position… Tney have one in Karkez but have to let him go for peanut claiming he’s too young but overlooking his quality and room for growth…
I have come to the conclusion the Milan management just did not understand football and its world of market or I should say they’re not capable to handle and run a Giant club like MILAN⚫🔴
Very simple, they are incapable.
