AC Milan have received a fine of €15,000 due to the actions of fans during the 2-2 draw against Napoli in Campania on Sunday.
As has been announced by the Sports Judge (via Milan News), there is a fine to pay for Milan for a number of incidents that took place at the Stadio Diego Armando Maradona during the Serie A Matchday 10 clash.
Two smoke bombs were thrown from the Milan sector into the home fans, which is considered a major offence.
The fact the smoke bombs then caused the referee to stop the game for over a minute in order to deal with the disruption also contributes to the size of the fine. Also, there was a chant in the 31st minute which was deemed overly offensive.
As for Napoli, they received a €12,000 fine for throwing smoke bombs and plastic bottles, as well as also interrupting the match for more than a minute.
