Official: Pioli names 23-man squad for Torino game – Kjaer rested; Primavera trio involved

By Oliver Fisher -

AC Milan boss Stefano Pioli has named his 23-man squad for tonight’s Coppa Italia Round of 16 clash against Torino.

The Rossoneri will face the Granata for the second time in four days as they look to make the last eight of the Coppa Italia for the 11th season in a row.

While Milan have had chance to focus on the league over the last few weeks allowing them to move three points clear at the top, Tuesday night’s game at San Siro will be another useful knockout game to test how far the depth of the squad has come.

On that note, Stefano Pioli has already pledged to play the players who are ‘fresher‘ against the Granata, who are also expected to rotate.

Below are the 23 players that have been called up by Pioli, as confirmed by the club on social media…

Goalkeepers: A. Donnarumma, G. Donnarumma, Tătărușanu.

Defenders: Calabria, Conti, Dalot, Hernández, Kalulu, Michelis, Musacchio, Romagnoli.

Midfielders: Çalhanoğlu, Castillejo, Di Gesù, Díaz, Hauge, Kessie, Mionić, Olzer, Tonali.

Forwards: Colombo, Ibrahimović, Leão.
