OK Diario: Milan’s offer for €60m man outlined as he becomes No.1 target – Chelsea also keen

By Oliver Fisher -

Further reports have arrived from Spain confirming that AC Milan intend to make Luka Jovic their starting striker for next season.

The uncertainty regarding the future of Zlatan Ibrahimovic has forced Milan to look at other centre-forwards, with Jovic being the name most persistently linked.

According to Ok Diario Milan have identified Jovic as the main target, and the Rossoneri are trying to convince Real Madrid on the basis of a two-year loan with an option to buy and not an obligation.

An untimely injury during lockdown means the Serbia international will not be available to fight for his place at Real Madrid, and the report mentions that Los Blancos have become ‘fed up’ with the 22-year-old due to all the incidents since his arrival.

Milan are confident that Jovic will offer a version of himself more similar to the one he showed at the Eintracht in Frankfurt, where he stood out for his ability to score goals alongside Ante Rebic, however OK Diario also mention at the top of the page that Chelsea are interested.
