We are getting to the stage in the season when kit leaks for the upcoming campaign begin to emerge, and one has for AC Milan’s 2025-26 home shirt.
The current home shirt saw Milan return to the relative safety of having equal width red and black stripes plus a white trim on the sleeves and the collar, not too dissimilar to the 2011-12 shirt.

It would be fair to say it has generally been well-received, at least compared to the fourth kits which were released and worn recently, causing a storm on social media.
Opaleak (as seen below) claim to have a leak of the design for next season, which features the first ever monochrome badge in the club’s history on a home shirt.
There also appears to be some kind of wave/flame design in the stripes, perhaps intended to refer to the Diavolo (hell) theme.

I dont mind the monochrome badge, but not on the home kit. And also I prefer the monochrome to be black and gold but that is just a personal preference. I feel that home kit should always have the original badge…
Once again a bastardising of our once beautiful crest.
This is happening way too often now-in so many of the outer wear as well. It’s almost as if Puma forgot the 3 colours used.
Time to get back to our roots please Puma.
