One AC Milan player features in Opta’s Team of the Season for Serie A so far, and it is no surprise that it is Theo Hernandez.
As we head towards the business end of the season, there is no denying that Theo Hernandez has been one of AC Milan’s most consistently impressive performers.
He joined on a five-year deal from Real Madrid in the summer for a fee widely reported to be €20million, and given that he has already scored six goals in all competitions for the Rossoneri, that appears to be a bargain and a deal which Real Madrid regret.
Opta have released their XI of the 2019-20 season so far, and as expected it is swarm of Juventus and Lazio players, the top two teams in the standings.
However, there is also some Rossoneri representation in the form of Theo Hernandez, who gets in at left-back.
