Luka Modric seems likely to leave AC Milan. However, his decision has not been fully made yet, especially with his heart playing a part.
With a player like Modric, you always want to keep them as long as you can. From a quality perspective, there are no questions. He looked a class above throughout the season. However, it is a case of whether Milan are at his level, not the other way around.

See, 12 months ago, there were questions about whether the Croatian was at the standard which the Rossoneri needed him to be. In the end, it was him that was a level above.
So, without Champions League football, he could leave. But, there is a but.
Modric may not be gone
For Modric, his heart plays a big part. He loves the Diavolo and his family seem settled in Milano, two massive parts and it goes further as Franco Ordine wrote in this morning’s edition of Corriere dello Sport, via MilanNews.
“The fact that Luka Modric then also intervened, expressing an opinion that suggests his post-World Cup torment (whether to continue or stop playing) is further confirmation of the famous motto ‘class is thicker than water’.
“Modric has fitted in perfectly at Milanello, his daughter plays in the the Women’s team wants to stay but needs to make a decision based on the aforementioned decisions . This is why we should move quickly.”

Milan shouldn’t have fired Tare and Allegri at least, not four at one time, it’s so chaotic firing all of them, as Milan could still build the team with Allegri as many players were happy with him….except Leao….as he was out of position whole season and lost the form.
Kiddo, we failed to make top 4 BECAUSE of Allegri and his terrible tactics and refusal to change. We were going nowhere fast with him. We need a coach who isnt stuck in 2011. And leao was gonna be lazy and ineffective no matter what, just like hes been the past 2 years. Grow up and face facts
The only reason Allegri wasn’t by fired by January was because everyone overperformed, we got lucky and Inter was just starting to roll.
