AC Milan need a striker, a classic number nine, a goalscorer. The recent history of investments in this position has been poor, and now, a big move must be made.
When Massimiliano Allegri arrived at Milan, his first request was for a ‘top-tier’ striker. Instead, Christopher Nkunku arrived. Now, that is not a slight on the Frenchman, but he is not ‘top-tier’ nor is he really a striker.

Of course, the move could have some upside. So far, though, he is struggling, and Allegri does not consider him a starter. A potential waste of a significant fee, one which could have gone on a striker.
Pellegatti’s dream
So, with Santiago Gimenez potentially on his way out the door, the Rossoneri are back in the same position. They are desperate for a striker, and it may be time to bite the bullet and spend big on a proven option.

Last summer, Jean-Philippe Mateta rose as a maybe, and Carlo Pellegatti has urged the Diavolo to make the move, via PianetaMilan.
“There’s a tall player, 28 years old, French, his name is Mateta, he costs €25-30 million. A classic penalty area man who scored a lot at Crystal Palace. Pay attention to this suggestion of mine. We need to break the piggy bank. Mateta would be beautiful and ready for San Siro.”

They did break the bank and spent 75 mil on two players who won’t deliver.
Lets see if Leao Puli works out, if not, we will need to change formation or bench/sell one of Puli Leao. We will sell Leao of course, because he is lazy, naaahhhh, more like, lets keep selling T-shiirts in America.
So Puli, please for god sake, finish situations like your most recent one. Leao’s pass was mamaaaamia.
Puli should be moved to midfield with Modric and Rabiot
sell RLC and get Vlahovic
buy Lucumi and Read from PSV
loan out Odogu
You don’t always have to break the bank. Inter brought Bony for 20 million, Lautaro for 25 million and Thuram they brought for free, free of contract, probably paying a set-up fee. A good transfer can be made with intelligence, with flair, with vision and inspiration. Qualities that are largely missing from those who deal with transfers at Milan.
if only milan management are smart like you, bro.
I don’t say I’m smart. I say Inter managers are smart
So let’s buy ex-inter, like Sommer, Icardi, and Bisex or Acerbi, shall we. Low cost and proven 🤣
With them in the squad Inter was playing final of CL…
we did.. Pirlo, Seedorf, Simic, R9.
also they’ve Hakan, Acerbi & Darmian doing good 4 them.
it’s heavy but truth, Marotta better than our entire mngmt
He is Another Origi or will be worsw than him,and it be Shame to a Club like him to link such mediocore Player not the level and kind of Milan seeking
Is that true? Let’s hope pellegatti reads this and respond.
What even is Origi up to these days? What’s he doing with his time?
