Hakan Calhanoglu has revealed that he is feeling better after a difficult few days battling COVID-19 via a statement on social media.
It was confirmed a week ago that the Turkey international – along with Theo Hernandez – had tested positive for the virus, but the Frenchman is now back as it was a false positive, though Calhanoglu has not been as lucky.
Calhanoglu wanted to share a message after testing positive and showing symptoms of Coronavirus. He said the following on his Instagram…
“To begin with, thank you all for the many messages and affection you have shown me. The first few days were a bit tough, but now I feel well and I am proceeding with the isolation as expected. Tonight I will cheer again for the boys from home, hoping to get back on the pitch as soon as possible. Come on Milan!”
