Theo Hernandez has joined the crowd of those expressing disagreement with the decision of the referee during Saturday’s 1-1 draw with Fiorentina.
As it looked like the Rossoneri were heading for three points against La Viola at the Stadio Artemio Franchi, the referee gave a penalty for what he adjudged to be a foul by Alessio Romagnoli on Patrick Cutrone inside the area.
VAR was not even properly consulted despite the fact replays seemed to show the Milan captain got a piece of the ball, which even changed direction as a result.
Hernandez posted a story on Instagram with a picture of the incident, accompanied by the emoji of a facepalm.
