MN: Pioli has almost a full squad available – the probable XI to face Hellas Verona

By Oliver Fisher -

AC Milan are almost back to full health as Alessandro Florenzi’s return to the squad has been fully confirmed, according to a journalist.

Pietro Mazzara of MilanNews reports that everyone was present for training at Milanello this morning as preparations continue for Sunday’s game against Hellas Verona at the Bentegodi. Florenzi was among them after he partook in yesterday’s session too.

That means Simon Kjaer is the only player missing at the moment as Stefano Pioli nearly has a full squad to pick from, with the Dane continuing his recovery from surgery on his knee ligaments. Daniel Maldini worked individually yesterday, but seems to be with the rest of the squad now.

Mazzara adds that the session gave an idea of what the starting line-up will be to face Verona at the Bentegodi on Sunday.

Probable Milan XI (4-2-3-1): Maignan; Calabria, Kalulu, Tomori, Theo Hernandez; Tonali, Bennacer; Messias, Kessie, Leao; Giroud.
