MN: Pioli’s dancing and Ibrahimovic’s hugs – the celebrations after beating Atalanta

There were plenty of celebrations after the full-time whistle went at San Siro following AC Milan’s 2-0 win over Atalanta to edge closer to the Scudetto.

Milan went into the game knowing they needed a maximum of four points from their final two games to bring the league title back to the red half of the city for the first time since 2010-11, and the victory against La Dea ensured it became one.

MilanNews report that after the game even head coach Stefano Pioli allowed himself a celebration, joining in with the song ‘Pioli is on fire’. Together with the whole stadium, the Rossoneri coach danced and sang under the Curva Sud.

At the end of the game, Zlatan Ibrahimovic – who was an unused substitute – went to hug each team-mate individually before they then all together gave their salute to the Curva Sud and to the whole stadium.
