Charles De Ketelaere is on his way to Atalanta from AC Milan after the two clubs reached a final agreement for the Belgian attacker, a report claims.
As has been reported by Matteo Moretto from Relevo, the deal has been finalised and the documents are expected to be exchanged between the two clubs on Monday or Tuesday next week.
The basic agreement for a loan deal was agreed almost two weeks ago but there were final details and the blessing from De Ketelaere himself to still sort out.
Those hurdles have now been passed and the deal will go through very soon. Atalanta are expected to pay a loa fee of €3m and then there is an option for them to buy De Ketelaere next summer, rather than an obligation.
This means that De Ketelaere’s short spell at Milan is not definitely over, but if he plays well for Atalanta, they will surely sign him on a permanent deal.
