AC Milan have placed a bid of €20million for Bologna left-back Mitchell Dijks, according to reports from the Netherlands.
All the speculation with regards to full-back targets so far this summer for Milan seems to have centred around Theo Hernandez of Real Madrid.
The young left-back has apparently undergone a full medical in Italy and is expected to be announced imminently after he signed his contracts at Casa Milan.
However, another name in that position has now cropped up, as Dutch outlet De Telegraaf are claiming that Milan have made an offer for Bologna’s Mitchell Dijks.
The 26-year-old moved their a year ago from Ajax and was one of their more impressive players during a season in which they fought against the drop for the vast majority.
A report from Goal.com suggests that Theo’s arrival – as well as Dijks’ – could mean Diego Laxalt, Ricardo Rodriguez and Ivan Strinic all move on.
