AC Milan face competition from three Premier League clubs for the signing of Barcelona defender Jean-Clair Todibo, according to a report.
We reported on Friday that Todibo is a target as Milan are looking to reinforce their defense in the January window, something which is understandable given yesterday’s 5-0 hammering against Atalanta.
Fabrizio Romano meanwhile reported last week that Todibo has given the green light to complete a move to Milan, with a €25m asking price set.
Then, La Gazzetta dello Sport (via MilanNews.it) claimed on Monday Milan and Barcelona have now reached an agreement regarding Todibo, with just personal terms to be ironed out with the player.
However, Catalan outlet Sport – as cited by Calciomercato.com – are reporting that the Rossoneri could face competition in the race to land Todibo as three English sides are also in the running.
They state that Manchester United, Everton and Southampton have all joined Milan in the running for the former Toulouse starlet.
