Fiorentina are hoping to make Andrea Conti their first January addition in the next few days, according to one journalist.
Last night our market correspondent Pietro Balzano Prota has told us that Fiorentina are following Conti closely and are interested in signing him to replace Pol Lirola, who is Marseille-bound. He told us earlier today that Fiorentina want Conti as their new right-back and are ready to sign him on a permanent basis.
According to the latest from Nicolo Schira on Twitter, Conti has agreed terms with Fiorentina who are now working to close the deal quickly. In fact, La Viola are pushing hard to reach a full agreement because they want Conti available for the Napoli game on Sunday.
He adds that Fiorentina are the only club to which there has been an opening from Conti’s point of view, with an appointment scheduled between the clubs to try and get everything over the line.
