Report: Milan defender splits with agent – his time with the Rossoneri set to end after 14 years

By Oliver Fisher -

AC Milan are ready to sell full-back Davide Calabria this summer in order to raise funds after a difficult season, according to one journalist.

There has been an abundance of speculation in the media suggesting that Calabria could leave the club in the upcoming window after a season in which he has struggled massively for form and consistency.

There are also plenty of rumours that the Rossoneri are in the market for a new right-back, with the likes of Denzel Dumfries and Emerson Royal repeatedly linked over the past few weeks.

According to Nicolo Schira on Twitter, Calabria should say goodbye to Milan after 14 years, as he joined the club’s youth system in 2006 at the age of 10.

It would of course be a useful sale for the club’s coffers as they would generate a pure capital gain being a product of the Primavera, while the full-back has made an important decision for his future as he has split with agent Alessandro Lucci.
