Hakan Calhanoglu convinced Milan and after his recent performances he will be called by the club to discuss a renewal, it is claimed.
According to what reported by journalist Nicolò Schira on Twitter, Calhanoglu and Milan will meet soon to discuss a contract extension for the No.10.
The current agreement with Calhanoglu is set to expire on June 30, 2021 and the idea is to extend it by at least another three years until 2024.
Agent Gordon Stipic will of course be the man leading negotiations on behalf of his client Calhanoglu, and he will meet in Milano with the club’s CEO Ivan Gazidis in order to define all the details.
Calhanoglu currently receives €2.5million net per season from Milan and it cannot be excluded that he gets a slight pay rise as part of the new deal.
It is an operation that will please Ralf Rangnick too, as he has long been an admirer of Calhanoglu and wanted to sign him in the past when he was RB Leipzig boss.
#ACMilan are ready to open talks with Hakan #Çalhanoğlu to extend his contract (expires in 2021) until 2024. His agent (Gordon Stipic) will meet CEO Ivan Gazidis and the rossoneri’s management in July. #transfers
