By Oliver Fisher -

AC Milan’s Davide Calabria is one of three right-backs being targeted by LaLiga giants Real Madrid, a report claims.

The 22-year-old has established himself as a key part of the Rossoneri’s starting XI over the last couple of seasons since his promotion from the youth department.

He kept his place in the side despite the arrival of Andrea Conti from Atalanta back in 2017, and reports have suggested that Calabria will pen a new deal at the club.

Tuttosport – as cited by Calciomercato.com – claimed earlier in the month that the 22-year-old has indeed reached an agreement over a new long-term contract.

However, according Fichajes.net – as cited by Calciomercato.com – Real Madrid looking for a replacement for Alvaro Odriozola and have narrowed it down to three names.

Calabria is one of them, the report claims, while the alternatives are Lukas Klostermann of RB Leipzig and Youcef Atal of OGC Nice.

It has previously been suggested that Calabria could cost somewhere in the region of €45m.
