Report reveals three points of Milan’s ‘winning offensive’ to beat Man Utd, Juventus to €50m man

AC Milan believe that they can beat the competition and win the race for Brescia’s star midfielder Sandro Tonali, according to a report.

The Rossoneri have been extensively linked with a move for Tonali by multiple outlets over the past week, with the 19-year-old regarded as one of the brightest midfield prospects in Italian football.

According to what Tuttosport are reporting on Thursday (via MilanNews), Tonali is the man who has been identified both by the club and by prospective next head coach Ralf Rangnick as the perfect midfield reinforcement.

Liverpool, Manchester United, Juventus and Inter among others have been linked with a move for Tonali, but Milan believe they could have the edge.

Earlier in the month the Italy international confirmed that he is still a Milan fan just as he has been since he was young, something which the Rossoneri can play on.

In addition, next year’s European Championships mean that Tonali will look for consistent game time at his next club, something which would be a guarantee at Milan but not the other teams in question.

Finally, Milan could also offer up young midfielder Tommaso Pobega – currently on loan at Pordenone – to get the deal done. In short, Milan think they have what it takes to launch a winning offensive.
