Reports: Defender on verge of exit after three years as Milan and Torino agree €3m deal

By Oliver Fisher -

AC Milan and Torino have found an agreement over a transfer fee for defender Ricardo Rodriguez, according to a report.

The Swiss international found his playing drastically reduced after Theo Hernandez’s explosion onto the scene, and he was subsequently loaned to Eredivisie side PSV Eindhoven in January, though they appear uninterested in making it a permanent stay.

Torino have now swooped in having made Marco Giampaolo their new head coach, and MilanNews report that further talks were held at Casa Milan on Wednesday after initial discussions.

Meetings continued, and the same source is claiming that the two sides have managed to find an agreement over a transfer fee, and that the only thing missing is personal terms between the Granata and the player.

Daniele Longo of Calciomercato.com is reporting that the fee is €3million plus bonuses, and that the deal will be done as soon as terms are agreed, which will not be a problem.
