AC Milan are one of the teams who are interested in signing teenage Ajax defender Perr Schuurs, according to a report.
Milan’s desire to sign a new centre-back has been well documented by the media over the past few weeks and months, and the Rossoneri failed to bring anyone in over the summer in that particular position leading to suggestions that they will return to the market in January.
A number of names continues to be heavily linked such as Schalke’s Ozan Kabak, Strasbourg’s Mohamed Simakan and Fiorentina’s Nikola Milenkovic, but now a new name has re-emerged.
According to a report on MilanNews, Milan are very interested in signing 20-year-old Ajax starlet Perr Schuurs and have their eyes on the player’s development.
However, the Dutchman is also very popular with various other big clubs in Europe, and the report cites a Mirror article which states that Liverpool are keen on the youngster, who had a trial with them in 2017.
