AC Milan have made an offer for Bodo/Glimt sensation Jens Petter Hauge, according to a report, as they look to tie up his signing.
On Friday morning we reported exclusively about Milan’s interest in the Norwegian youngster and that the Rossoneri are expected to make a serious move for the player in the coming days, having already contacted Hauge’s agent.
Sky Italia‘s Fabrizio Romano then confirmed on Twitter that talks are ongoing between the clubs and Milan will soon submit their first official bid for Hauge. Romano also added in a follow-up tweet, that the player “can really join Milan in the next few days”.
According to Sunday’s edition of La Repubblica (via MilanNews), Milan are serious about signing Hauge, and have actually placed an official bid.
The amount of the offer is €4m as the Rossoneri management are looking to beat the queue for his signature and welcome him before the window shuts.
The 20-year-old winger has 14 goals and eight assists in 17 Eliteserien appearances, plus three in his two European starts, and Milan fans got a look at him first hand on Thursday night as he scored and got an assist.
