The father of Mateo Retegui is due in Italy later in the month to meet teams who are interested in signing his son, according to a report.
Virtually every Italian source has linked Milan with a move for Retegui who has impressed with his rise to prominence firstly in Argentina with Tigre but also since being called up to the Italian national team, with whom he has two goals in two games.
according to FcInterNews.it, Carlos Retegui – the player’s father and agent – will fly to Europe in about ten days to try understand which clubs may really be initially interested in the signing the 23-year-old this summer.
To date, there are not yet many specifics regarding the teams that he will meet and the days those meetings will occur, but a trip to Italy being on the cards – with a stop in Spain first – is a sign that something is moving regarding the future of the striker.
