Pedulla: Romagnoli makes his desire to extend Milan contract clear – the situation

By Oliver Fisher -

Alessio Romagnoli has made it clear to Mino Raiola that his desire is to extend his contract with AC Milan beyond the current deadline, a report claims.

Alfredo Pedulla reports on his website how Romagnoli has an expiring contract with Milan and a hefty salary of €5m net per season plus bonuses which he signed under his old agent Berti, but now Mino Raiola is his representative.

Juventus probed regarding the Milan captain’s situation but they did not go in-depth with their enquiry, and while the idea of signing an extension with the Rossoneri seems complicated, Romagnoli’s desire is to stay at Milan and extend his over six-year relationship with the club.

In the next few days, probably by Friday, there will be a meeting between Raiola and the Rossoneri management with the hope of the 26-year-old that it could lead to an agreement. The salary is high, but the will of the player is there.
