Romano: Milan ‘have entered the race’ for 26-year-old Dutch forward

By Oliver Fisher -

AC Milan are in the race to sign forward Arnaut Danjuma from Villarreal but there is competition to beat, according to a report.

It was first reported last night by MilanNews that Milan are interested in signing Danjuma as they look for further reinforcements following the signing of Christian Pulisic earlier in the week.

Now, Fabrizio Romano has confirmed that Milan ‘have entered the race’ for Danjuma. He is on the list of targets for the attacking department, but Feyenoord and Everton are also in discussions with the player.

Danjuma has spoken with both Everton boss Sean Dyche and Feyenoord head coach Arne Slot while the Rossoneri management are speaking with his agents at present.

These are ‘big days’ for Danjuma as per the journalist, and a decision over his future is ‘expected soon’. Danjuma can play as a centre-forward or as a left winger, but has not really featured on the right with Villarreal.
