Romano: Milan will announce re-signing of Real Madrid playmaker ‘in the coming days’

By Oliver Fisher -

AC Milan appear to have completed the re-signing of Brahim Diaz from Real Madrid and are working on other fronts too, a report claims.

According to the latest from Fabrizio Romano on his podcast ‘Here We Go’ – as cited by Transferzone – Milan will complete the signing of Brahim Diaz ‘in the coming days’ having agreed a deal in principle with Real Madrid. It will be another loan deal, but crucially Romano adds that there will be an option to buy included as part of it.

He goes on to state that the Rossoneri management are also working on bringing back defender Diogo Dalot and are in talks with Manchester United. However, there appears to be more doubt surrounding whether that goes through because Paolo Maldini and Ricky Massara also have Álvaro Odriozola of Real Madrid on their list of potential targets to become Davide Calabria’s new back-up.
