AC Milan are not feeling rushed into making a decision on the future of Brahim Diaz just yet and will wait before a final call, it is claimed.
According to what is being reported by Fabrizio Romano in his Daily Briefing column for Caught Offside, it seems as though Brahim Diaz is open to staying at the club as he had this to say on his future: “I’m so happy here with AC Milan and I’m doing my best to help this team.”

Romano adds that Milan will make a decision over the €22m option to buy they have at the end of the season only, while Real Madrid have a buy-back clause of around €27m.
This is obviously a strong implication that the Rossoneri management need to see more from the Spanish playmaker before they make the decision to invest over €20m to sign him permanently, while the buy-back clause means the club might not even keep him if he does convince between now and next June.

Haha I love the amount of articles that come after someone scores an impressive goal… all of a sudden they claim that milan are now considering to buy him as if this one goal is more significant than the past years of mediocrity
Mediocrity is putting it mildly. I’m confident no one is actually considering paying 22 million for him, unless we see a drastic change in his performances on the long run.
He has been inconsistent a lot. But let’s not forget he just turned 23. I still think there is plenty of time for him to improve a lot. We forget he’s that young because he’s been around for a long time. (ManCity, Madrid and Us) .
Say we dont buy him, do we have known alternatives in that price range?
Adli? He’s free.
