UEFA have announced the referee for AC Milan’s important encounter with Chelsea on Tuesday evening. The man chosen for the game is Daniel Siebert and he has officiated the Rossoneri once in the past.
Milan will be looking for revenge after the 3-0 loss in London and they certainly bounced back with the 2-0 win against Juventus last night. In short, confidence has been restored and the Rossoneri will get a second chance against the English side.
As announced by UEFA, via ANSA, the German referee Daniel Siebert will officiate the game along with his German colleagues. The 38-year-old has been in charge of a Milan game once before, which was the 1-0 win away at Sparta Praha.
Jens Petter Hauge scored the winner in that game and the Czech side were also handed a red card after a late tackle on Rafael Leao. Hopefully, Milan will add to their win tally on Tuesday evening in front of a packed San Siro.
