Sky: Juventus interested in move for AC Milan star if contract talks stall

By Oliver Fisher -

Juventus are interested in a move for AC Milan’s star young goalkeeper Gianluigi Donnarumma, according to a report.

Donnarumma was once again linked with a move to Paris Saint-Germain over the summer but ended up remaining with the Rossoneri, though his situation has once again been described as ‘delicate’.

The 20-year-old’s current deal expires in 2021 and he currently earns the most out of any Milan player at €6million per year, but a number of sources have claimed that Elliott Management are not keen on giving him a pay rise.

Recently a report on Calciomercato.com claimed that Milan had begun talks with Boca Juniors over their goalkeeper Esteban Andrada as Donnarumma’s potential replacement.

According to Sky Italia (via Calciomercato.com), Sunday’s opponents Juve are monitoring the situation surrounding Donnarumma.

The report claims that if negotiations for the renewal between the goalkeeper, his agent Mino Raiola and Milan do not go well, the Old Lady are ready to intervene and test Milan with a bid.
