Sky: Juventus vs. Milan probable XIs – Rebic to lead the line; Cristiano and Dybala to start

By Oliver Fisher -

AC Milan will have it all to do on Friday night when they face Juventus in the Coppa Italia semi-final second leg in Turin.

The first leg at San Siro was 1-1 with goals from Ante Rebic and Cristiano Ronaldo, but the Rossoneri head into the game needing an away goal and at least a draw, with Theo Hernandez, Samu Castillejo and Zlatan Ibrahimovic all suspended.

According to the latest from Sky Italia (via MilanLive), head coach Stefano Pioli is likely to play a 4-3-2-1 formation starting with a back line of Gianluigi Donnarumma in goal plus Andrea Conti, Simon Kjaer, Alessio Romagnoli and Davide Calabria from right to left.

In midfield Ismael Bennacer will be the central pivot, supported by Franck Kessie and Giacomo Bonaventura as mezzalas. Lucas Paquetà and Hakan Calhanoglu will support Ante Rebic in attack, with Rafael Leao on the bench.

Maurizio Sarri’s Juventus will respond with a 4-3-3. Gianluigi Buffon will get the nod in goal with Cuadrado, De Ligt, Bonucc and Alex Sandro to protect him. In the midfield there will be Sami Khedira, Rodrigo Bentancur and Blaise Matuidi.

The front three strikes fear: Douglas Costa, Paulo Dybala and Cristiano Ronaldo will be used against a makeshift Rossoneri back line.

Probable starting line-ups

Juventus (4-3-3): Buffon; Cuadrado (Danilo), De Ligt, Bonucci, Alex Sandro; Khedira, Bentancur (Pjanic), Matuidi; Douglas Costa, Dybala, Cristiano Ronaldo.

Milan (4-3-2-1): G. Donnarumma; Conti, Kjaer, Romagnoli, Calabria; Kessie, Bennacer, Bonaventura; Paquetà, Calhanoglu, Rebic.
