Directors Paolo Maldini and Zvonomir Boban are not present at Milanello on Friday, which could reportedly mean something is ‘cooking’.
According to a report from Sky Italia (as cited on MilanNews.it) only Ivan Gazidis is present at Milan’s training ground.
Maldini and Boban – the latter of whom returned from Zagreb on Thursday – as well as sporting director Ricky Massara are all not present though.
As a result, Sky have come to the conclusion that something ‘may be boiling in the pot for the market’, be it in terms of signings or sales.
It was claimed earlier on Friday that Andre Silva, Suso, Franck Kessie and Diego Laxalt are all on the market as the club looks to raise funds.
The Rossoneri have added five players this summer already in Theo Hernandez, Rade Krunic, Rafael Leao, Ismael Bennacer and most recently Leo Duarte.
Angel Correa of Atletico Madrid appears to be the primary target at the moment, while links with Luka Modric refuse to go away.
