AC Milan have got their first renewal offer ready as they look to convince Gianluigi Donnarumma to extend his stay at the club, a report claims.
The 21-year-old kept yet another clean sheet on Sunda as the Rossoneri ran out 2-0 winners against Roma, and now attention has once again turned to his contract situation.
According to the latest from TV station Sky Italia (as cited by MilanNews), Donnarumma’s future is a situation that is improving as the days go by from Milan’s point of view.
It is still a delicate situation given that Donnarumma has only one year left on his contract, but in the last few days the first steps have been taken as Paolo Maldini spoke with the goalkeeper and confirmed that the club is ready to make a first offer.
There is every intention from the management to sit at the table with the player and his agent to make a concrete proposal, the report adds.
