Sky: Milan agree a pact with Rebic regarding stay beyond loan spell – the details

By Oliver Fisher -

AC Milan have agreed a pact with winger Ante Rebic regarding personal terms for the upcoming seasons, according to a report.

Rebic arrived at Milan late in the summer transfer window last year on a two-year dry loan, with Andre Silva joining Eintracht Frankfurt on the same terms in what was essentially a swap deal.

After struggling up until the winter break, the 26-year-old exploded, scoring 11 Serie A goals in 2020 alone to be crowned the club’s top scorer for the campaign.

According to reports from Gianluca Di Marzio of Sky Italia (via MilanNews), Milan have signed a pact with Rebic, and the Rossoneri management has found an agreement with the Croatian regarding his salary if he were to stay beyond his loan.

With personal terms out of the way, it is now up to Milan to negotiate with Eintracht Frankfurt over the terms of his permanent arrival, with the knowledge that Fiorentina have a 50% resale clause which makes matters a bit more complicated.
