Sky: Milan still have work to do in Brahim Diaz deal as Real Madrid issue two demands

By Oliver Fisher -

Despite reports suggesting AC Milan are very close to securing the return of Brahim Diaz, a journalist has claimed they still have work to do.

Manuele Baiocchini spoke to Sky Sport 24 (via MilanNews) and provided some details on the negotiation between Milan and Real Madrid for the 21-year-old playmaker. Florentino Perez said there are no other options, Brahim will stay at Real Madrid or if he goes away he will play for Milan.

The problem is that Milan would like to make the operation a loan with option to buy set at €20m, but Los Blancos strongly believe in the potential of the trequartista and believes that the buy-out option in Milan’s favour must be much higher.

The precise figure is not known, but Sky do know that Real would like a lot of money to make sure that Milan eventually sign Brahim after two years of loan. Not only that, but they would like to insert a buy-back too.
