AC Milan want to make three signings during the January transfer window that would address three key gaps in the squad, according to a report.
Milan are expected to be among the most active clubs during the winter mercato, largely because they are being continually plagued by numerous injury problems at once, with a report earlier today highlighting how bad the crisis is.
According to the latest from Sky, Milan plan to add three reinforcements in the January window: a centre-back, a left-back and a striker. There are no names mentioned, but the Rossoneri do continue to be linked with various targets by other sources.
Milan are in need of a central defender given that Malick Thiaw and Pierre Kalulu are out for some time yet, while a deputy to Theo Hernandez was not signed in the summer and up front Olivier Giroud has had to work overtime, at least prior to Luka Jovic’s recent resurgence.

Just bring in Gabbia for centre. He is good enough. Much better than Pellegrini.
And for striker just pay up. Buy something were the quality is proven and who is used to playing in a one man attack.

If Simic keeps it up, recalling gabbia would be more than enough I think. Players will be returning from injury. Give Jovic his chance before to see if we actually need a striker or we stay as we are.
I agree, signing a striker now that a Jovic has started to get some form is counter productive. Same with Simon. I’d get Kiwior on loan as he’s better than Gabbia.
Casemiro could be a clever move, looks like he’s in his way out and he’s a rolls Royce footballer. Experienced too….he’d have to accept a different economic situation though…..
