AC Milan defender Ricardo Rodriguez does not want to be part of a swap deal for Lokomotiv Moscow star Aleksey Miranchuk, a report claims.
Calciomercato.com reported earlier in the week that Milan are keen on adding Miranchuk to their ranks ahead of the new season, and that the Rossoneri could include either Ricardo Rodriguez or Diego Laxalt in the deal to bring down the asking price of the Russian club.
According to what is being reported by Sky Italia (via MilanNews) however, sources close to Rodriguez’s entourage have confirmed that the player does not want to move to Lokomotiv Moscow.
The Swiss international – who has only one year left on his current contract – is evidently already talking to another club, therefore he prefers to choose where he will end up this summer.
Rodriguez has just returned from a loan spell at PSV Eindhoven, who reports have claimed are not interested in making it a permanent deal.
