Sky: Probable Milan XI to face Parma – Biglia to take Bennacer’s spot; Leao to start

AC Milan boss Stefano Pioli is thinking of making three changes to his starting line-up for Wednesday’s game against Parma from the draw against Napoli.

The Rossoneri are undefeated in all competitions since the break and have won four out of six of their Serie A matches, including wins over Roma, Lazio and Juventus and a hard-fought 2-2 draw with Napoli on Sunday.

However, with a Europa League spot far from guaranteed Stefano Pioli’s side are entering the business end of the season with the pressure still firmly on, starting with the welcoming of Parma, who have won just once since lockdown.

According to Sky Italia – as cited by MilanNews – Pioli is thinking of making three changes to the XI from Sunday’s game in Naples.

The back four will stay the same, but in midfield Lucas Biglia is set to come into the side in place of Ismael Bennacer, with the Argentine starting alongside Franck Kessie.

In attack, the three players behind Zlatan Ibrahimovic are expected to be Rafael Leao, Giacomo Bonaventura and Hakan Çalhanoglu, with Ante Rebic on the bench.

Probable Milan XI (4-2-3-1): Donnarumma; Conti, Kjaer, Romagnoli, Theo Hernandez; Kessie, Biglia; Leao, Bonaventura, Calhanoglu; Ibrahimovic.
