Ahead of AC Milan’s upcoming clash against AS Roma, the Rossoneri have been offered a boost with one of the Giallorossi’s key players set to miss the clash.
This afternoon, Sky Italy reported that Paulo Dybala will miss the fixture at San Siro due to injury. The Argentine midfielder was substituted at halftime in their clash against Lazio on Wednesday evening, and following assessment, he will miss this weekend’s game.
It is the midfielder’s fourth injury of the season, a record which saw him miss the return fixture at the start of the season, and whilst the club awaits to see how severe this injury is, it is guaranteed he will not travel to Milano.
This is huge news for the Rossoneri, given the 30-year-old’s record against them. Dybala has played against Milan more than any other side, 23 times, and has won 13 of these clashes in his career. Additionally, he has 13 goal contributions (8 goals/5 assists) in these games against the Diavolo, so the news of his absence will be welcomed.
His 500th in his career i believe.
All the signs say Dybala is a Milan-level player. He would be a perfect signing for our injury list.
Yes, he would blend right in :p
He was top of the list for many Milan fans not too long ago. Did Maldini want him?
Yes, he did.
