Sky: Scamacca gives priority to Roma but keeps door open for Milan – the situation

By Oliver Fisher -

AC Milan are trying their best to enter the Gianluca Scamacca race but the player has given priority to Roma at present, a report claims.

According to the latest from Gianluca Di Marzio, Scamacca’s future is yet to be written but one thing is certain: the former Sassuolo striker wants to return to Roma and he has communicated that to their sporting director Tiago Pinto.

Scamacca’s desire is to return to the team he supports and in which he was only able to play in the youth academy before his move away, however this does not mean that Scamacca will close the door on Milan.

It will all depend on the possible agreement that Roma will try to find with West Ham. As long as there are margins and possibilities, Scamacca will give priority to Roma, but Milan would still be a welcome destination for the forward.

For the moment he wants to keep his pact with Pinto, but Milan remain a real possibility.

  1. Not that I am a great fan of Scamacca, but for a player to give priority to Roma rather than Milan, is depressing…….Way far from the GREAT ACM I knew….

    1. Not that I defens curent Milan, but he prioritize Roma over Milan because he support them and coming from their academy.

      Just like Tonali chose Milan over Inter before his move 3 season ago.

  2. Aouar -> Roma
    Ndicka -> Roma
    now Scamacca probably -> Roma

    Thuram -> Inter

    looks like everybody is prefering Roma & Inter to Milan

    1. And who can blame them really? Roma are getting a strong team and Inter was in the UCL final. Milan lost Maldini & Zlatan and will not buy anyone (useful).

  3. Sassuolo players are always overhyped. Everyone on here talking up Scamacca while bashing RLC? You all are crazy, Scamacca did less in PL than RLC and somehow many of you think Scamacca is the answer? I foresee Origi 2.0
