Sky: Stalemate emerges over Donnarumma talks as Raiola tests the water with other clubs

By Oliver Fisher -

AC Milan have reached a stalemate in contract talks with goalkeeper Gianluigi Donnarumma due to excessive demands, a report claims.

In his latest for Sky Italia (via MilanNews), Manuele Baiocchini has reported that talks regarding the renewal of Donnarumma are continuing but there is still no turning point. There are currently two solutions under consideration. The first is a two-year extension, and the second is a one-year renewal to postpone the speeches for 12 months and cut out the risk of him leaving for free.

Milan have offered €7million net and while that represents a pay rise, it is not enough for Raiola whose demand is higher. The agent is looking around to see if the interested clubs can make the right offer, and at the moment there is a stalemate because the situation cannot be unblocked. The player for his part has seemingly never done anything but reiterate his desire to stay.

  1. The Agent demands much higher salary n looking around, while Gigio wants to stay…. everything sounds bull sh*t to me.

  2. I can`t understand why teams do business with this man. Milan the most. It`s the same shenanigans every year with this guy

  3. Si la voluntad de Donnarumma es quedarse y él es jefe de Raiola, entonces que pasa? provoca que los hinchas arremetan contra Gigio..

  4. Let Donnarrumma go….the club have offered a pay rise….I love Gigio but I am SICK of Raiola.
Guys…this contract stuff with Gigio and Romagnoli may have even destabilised us..and the reason for our weird 2021 form.

.Bring back Plizzari….or go for Meret at Napoli..he is just 22..Milan must avoid signing players contracted by Raiola….let us depend on our scouting network
