New signing Charles De Ketelaere has chosen to keep his shirt number from his time at Club Brugge upon signing for AC Milan, according to a report.
MilanNews are reporting that De Ketelaere will join Milan for €32m fixed plus €3m bonuses was accepted, and as part of that Club Brugge will also receive 12.5% on the profit of a possible future resale.
The 21-year-old landed in Milan last night, welcomed at Linate by several cheering fans, and he will undergo his medical today before signing a five-year deal and he should have his first training session at Milanello tomorrow.
According to Sky, De Ketelaere has chosen not to stray from the No.90 shirt that he wore and had great success with during his time in Belgium, meaning he will join his compatriot Romelu Lukaku in wearing that number of a Milanese club.
Moreover, he is expected to taste his first bit of action during Saturday’s preseason friendly game against Vicenza.
