AC Milan have agreed terms over a five-year deal with Strasbourg defender Mohamed Simakan and are now working on closing the deal.
RMC Sport (via GFNF) are reporting that Milan have submitted a formal offer to Strasbourg to sign their 20-year-old defender Simakan, though the amount is not disclosed.
Simakan in the meantime has agreed personal terms with the Rossoneri over a five-year deal, with more updates on the situation expected in the coming hours as Milan look to wrap up a deal for an exciting defensive prospect.
We contacted the agent of Simakan for comment, asking him if he has signed a five-year deal, and the response was ‘Yes’. There was no response when asked if his client is hopeful of joining Milan.
According to @GuilleameMP of Eurosport, other clubs are keen on Simakan such as Atalanta and Stade Rennais, with a €20m asking price set by the Ligue 1 club.
