SM: Star striker one of two players that could leave AC Milan Women

The Serie A Femminile season is winding down and soon, the transfer window will open up. And with the transfer window opening up comes the potential arrival and departure of some players.

Among the two players that might leave the AC Milan Women are Lindsey Thomas and Martina Piemonte. According to SempreMilan’s Luca Maninetti, Thomas could leave Milan at the end of the season. It has been speculated that she might return to her native France, or move to another team in Italy.

Piemonte, on the other hand, has generated interest from abroad. Once again according to our Luca Maninetti, the forward has caught the eye of a few teams in England.

Arsenal and Liverpool are two of them, but there is another team interested as well. Milan are hoping that the striker will say yes to the contract renewal, but if not then the future will probably be in England.

Piemonte has played 30 games for Milan and has scored 16 goals for the team. It’s hard to see such a fundamental pillar for the Rossonere leaving the team but in the wild world of football transfers, anything is possible.
