According to what was reported by Carlo Festa of Il Sole 24 Ore (via SempreMilan.it), there will be three representatives for Elliott Management on the new board and four for RedBird, while the ninth member (in addition to president Paolo Scaroni who will chairperson) will be CEO Ivan Gazidis.
Gazidis’ contract will expire in the month of November, with his future still to be decided. Tomorrow, the new-look Milan board moving forward should therefore be made official and the RedBird era can formally begin.
