AC Milan are in talks with the agent of winger Ante Rebic regarding an extension of his stay at San Siro beyond 2021, it is claimed.
Rebic joined Milan late in the last summer transfer window, arriving on a two-year dry loan from Eintracht Frankfurt with no option or obligation to buy inserted, while Andre Silva moved in the opposite direction on the same terms.
After struggling up until the Christmas period, the Croatia international has exploded in 2020 so far, scoring seven goals in all competitions to become the club’s top scorer and leading to rumours Milan will look to buy him permanently.
According to the latest from Alessandro Jacobone, Ramadani spoke to the Rossoneri last week to reiterate that his client is happy and that he wants to stay for ‘a long time’ at Milan.
The next few weeks will be important to understand the margins for negotiating a permanent deal before the loan expires.
