Spanish side Atletico Madrid are set to rival AC Milan for the signature of young Chelsea forward Armando Broja who looks set to leave the club, a report claims.
As has been reported by Calciomercato.com, Atletico Madrid are looking to have a serious overhaul of their attack as their season is going very poorly.
One of the names that they have decided to pursue is Broja, who had an impressive season on loan at Southampton recently but is now playing irregularly at Chelsea having been kept at the club.
Milan have been chasing Broja for a short while and they have made contact with the striker’s agent to see how a deal could work.
Clearly, more than just Milan and Atletico Madrid will be trying to make a deal work for him though and that could drive the fee up.
Milan may then be forced to move onto other targets.
