AC Milan’s new third shirt seems to have gone down a treat among fans as record numbers have been recorded in terms of sales.
The kit was released earlier in the week, and the official website spoke about how the kit colour combination celebrates the culture of inclusivity and diversity that has been at the heart of AC Milan since day one.
According to what is being reported by Sportface, Milan’s new third shirt set a record in terms of sales of any third kit over the last five years.
In fact, it was second only to the numbers obtained after the launch of the 2022-23 home shirt, which of course came out immediately after winning the 19th Scudetto.
The shirt itself will make its debut on the weekend of 24 September when Milan will take on Hellas Verona at the San Siro in the second home game of the season for the Rossoneri.
I bought it. You know treating people equally is a nice concept isn’t it? It’s great Milan is taking this stance in spite of the fascist in government in Italy saying otherwise.
💯.
“You know treating people equally is a nice concept isn’t it? ”
Yes. This comment section is a living proof of that, right? 😀 😀 😀 😀 😀 😀
Not my style but it’s genius marketing. I suspect tons of women have bought this shirt already and many probably don’t even follow Milan regularly. Well done
Agree. My wife already asked me to buy one for her.
Not a fan of this shirt, so this news is personally surprising. Good for the club though for filling in the coffers.
the shirt is hideous , but to each their own i guess !
I knew it would do well. Just like the snow cap kit the season prior, I could see ppl going for it. Just gotta go against the comments section. I noticed its almost always against prevailing thought lol 😂 Said it was a nice kit just based on colour. This is the third kit, you get to show the creative side with that kit. The only thing I don’t like is how the lower back is square-ish. It doesn’t flow well but most ppl not seeing the back anyways
Lol right on cue with the peanut gallery. Record sales from fans. Numbers speak for themselves.
