Marco Sportiello’s move to AC Milan is expected to be finalised in the coming weeks and he will take the place in the squad of Ciprian Tatarusanu, a report claims.
As has been reported by Tuttosport (via Milan News), Tatarusanu is not expected to renew his contract with the club and he will soon be replaced by the Atalanta goalkeeper.
It has been clear for a long time that Sportiello will be joining Milan at the end of his Atalanta contract which expires in the summer of 2023.
It is now believed that within the next few weeks that move will be finalised and then he will become the number two at Milan behind Mike Maignan for the 2023/24 season.
That means that Tatarusanu as well as Antonio Mirante will be leaving the club and the goalkeeping lineup will be made up of Maignan, Sportiello and Devis Vasquez who joined the club in January.
How is this possible outside of the window..? Or is this a pre-contract for june?
