Igli Tare and Massimiliano Allegri have had an intense start to life at AC Milan, and that continued on Thursday too.

It has been just over two weeks since Tare was announced as the new sporting director, while Allegri’s return as the head coach came just a few days after that, with Milan making some big moves early on.

Planning for 2025-26 continues

According to what is being reported by MilanNews, Igli Tare and Massimiliano Allegri – together with the entire coaching staff – spent the whole day today at Milanello on Thursday. The management were there to plan the next season together, with a lot of negotiation tables open.

Zlatan Ibrahimovic had a post-season vacation but he returned to Milan and immediately got to work today. He visited the PUMA House of Football – the home of the Rossoneri youth sector – and Casa Milan throughout the day.

As a reminder, Allegri is eager to meet his squad and get to work immediately and he has brought forward the first actual day of work compared to previous years, which will be Friday 4 July.

The players will carry out their first fitness tests on the Milanello pitches on that day and then three days later, on Monday 7, the actual gathering will begin in view of the season.
